We offer returns within 7 business days of receipt. You can return your product for store credit where rules apply below. *Please note shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE FOLLOW STEPS BELOW
- Please contact email@example.com within 7 days of receipt using subject line RETURNS.
- Include order id, style number, quantity, color, and reason to return the product, damaged, wrong size. A representative will get back to you within 24-48 hours during business hours with all details.
- We work with different manufacturers and distributors around the USA so please wait to receive our shipping information and instructions. Please note shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Due to daily inventory changes, we do not facilitate exchanges. You may reorder your item at your leisure or wait until your return has been processed and order using your store credit.
- Once your return is received and inspected a store credit will be emailed to you within 5-7 business days (excluding shipping fee).
- For defective merchandise please also include pictures of the item.
PLEASE SEE THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTIONS TO OUR POLICY
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
- Jewelry, sunglasses, soap, body mist, swimsuits, candles, plants are final sale cannot be returned.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
